1. Innovative Materials
a: Red mud composite material: The base material is slag red mud + high-strength PVC coating, which has super weather resistance (UV resistance is 3 times that of ordinary PVC).
b: Anti-biological corrosion: The exclusive formula resists H2S, NH3 and other biogas corrosion components, and the service life is increased by 40%.
2. Structural safety design
a: Double-layer reinforcement: criss-cross polyester grid, wind pressure resistance level 12 (instantaneous wind resistance 35m/s).
b: Constant pressure gas storage: The automatic pressure regulating system maintains the air pressure of 5~10kPa to prevent over-expansion and rupture.
3. Sealing and protection
a: Zero penetration sealing: high-frequency welding + airtightness detection (48-hour pressure drop <1%).
b: Flame retardant coating: Surface flame retardant treatment (in accordance with GB8624 B1 level) to eliminate the risk of CH4 explosion.
c: Antifreeze and anti-condensation: No hardening and cracking in a low temperature environment of -30℃.
