Product Description

The processing procedures of cashew nuts are: cashew grading - cashew cooking - cashew hulling - conveying shell kernel separation - centrifugal separator - sorting machine - drying - peeling - kernel screening - kernel classification.
Our plant can provide the above complete set of cashew processing equipment and corresponding lifting, transmission equipment.
Cashew Raw Material Grading Machine: This machine is used for grading cashew raw materials. It can be divided into five specifications, with a large output and simple operation. It can be processed and customized according to customer needs.
Cashew Cooking Machine: After grading cashew nuts with skins, use a cashew cooking machine to cook them, creating space between the shell and the kernel for further shelling.
Cashew Peeling Machine: The pneumatic peeling machine produced by our factory adopts the method of airflow peeling, which is suitable for peeling cashew nuts, peanuts, and other nuts, and is suitable for small processing sites.
1. The surface of the food is undamaged, with strong fresh-keeping ability and no pollution.
