It is suitable for the majority of small-scale sheep or chicken users, not for the professional feed processing industry.
The two core parts of the machine are 45 # carbon steel seamless pipe processing, frequency-modulated quenching heat treatment process. The two rollers can be exchanged and can be reversed. Due to the difference in speed between the main roller and the auxiliary roller, the wear of the main roller is less than that of the auxiliary roller, and the tooth edge of the auxiliary roller determines the grain breaking effect. Therefore, when the tooth edge of one side of the auxiliary roller is seriously worn, the other side can be turned around and the main roller can not be adjusted. When the teeth of both sides of the auxiliary roller can not be completely used, the new roller should be replaced, and the main roller can be adjusted. In other words, the life of one main roller can be matched with the use of two auxiliary rollers.
