Compelling research has unveiled that in ruminant farming, the feed-to-meat efficiency ratio of broken-grain corn surpasses that of traditional crushed corn significantly. This is attributed to the excessive fine materials within crushed corn, which do not favor rumen rumination or nutrient absorption, leading to sluggish fat growth. Moreover, these fine particles can cause rumen accumulation, diarrhea, and elevate the risk of rumen acidosis. Introducing the PL300 corn grain breaker developed by Nanjiang Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd., this innovative machine expertly manages the gap between rollers to break corn grains. The dynamic interplay of squeezing, shearing, and tearing effectuated by the rollers ensures an optimal crushing outcome, minimizing the formation of dusty materials. This process significantly enhances the feed conversion rate, delivering a prime solution for livestock nutrition management.

Presenting the PL300 series corn crusher, a groundbreaking innovation by Nanjiang Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. This compact feed processing marvel is engineered with independent intellectual property rights and does not conform to any existing national standards. Crafted specifically for small-scale sheep and chicken farmers, it is not intended for large-scale professional feed processing industries. This specialized equipment empowers individual farmers with an efficient and effective feed processing solution tailored to their unique needs.
At the heart of this machine lie two essential components, precision-engineered from 45# carbon steel seamless pipes and treated with a frequency-modulated quenching heat process for durability. The rollers, interchangeable and reversible, boast distinct speeds between the main and auxiliary rollers. This difference results in minimal wear on the main roller compared to the auxiliary one, with the auxiliary roller's tooth edge playing a critical role in the grain breaking process. When one side of the auxiliary roller's tooth edge wears down, simply rotate it. If both sides are worn out, replacing the auxiliary roller becomes necessary, while the main roller remains adjustable. Remarkably, the lifespan of one main roller is designed to accommodate two auxiliary rollers, ensuring sustained performance and reliability.
